INCO countries

Organisations from any other country may take part, provided minimum requirements have been met. The Commission welcomes co-operation with international organisations which have signed intergovernmental agreements and with organisations in INCO (International Co-operation) target countries. These are as follows: Russia and the former soviet republics, Mediterranean countries, Western Balkan and developing countries (ACP: Africa, Caribbean and Pacific), Asia and Latin America.
